In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 4 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Complimentary U.S. Priority Shipping via USPS on all domestic orders.

International Shipping available via USPS Priority Mail.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Alter Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we make returns simple and free to request.

 


 

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery (delivery date = the date your order arrives at your address).

  • Requests outside this window cannot be accepted.

 


 

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your order on our website or email returns@altercollective.com with your order number, item(s) being returned and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days to confirm approval.

Important: Do not ship your item before receiving a return label or shipping instructions from Alter Collective.

 


 

Return Shipping

  • Approved returns are free for customers.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided after your return is approved.

  • Shipping Deadline: Customers must ship the returned product within 5 business days of receiving the prepaid return label. Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted unless an extension has been approved by Alter Collective.

  • Customers should use the label provided; returns shipped without a label may not be eligible for refund.

 


 

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Show no signs of wear beyond a reasonable try-on

Items that do not meet these requirements may be partially refunded or rejected.

 


 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected by Alter Collective.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

  • You will be notified once your refund has been completed.

 


 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase.

  • Please request the return first, then place a new order for the item you would like.

 


 

Additional Notes

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

  • By submitting a return request, you confirm that your item meets the condition requirements.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) being returned and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and notify you within 3 business days if the return is approved.
